Job summary

Epson Europe B.V. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the European PMO on a fixed-term basis until October 2027. You will lead cross-functional, international programs from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment.

Based in Watford or Milano, with consideration for other European locations, you will collaborate with business, IT and external partners to realize business value and effective change adoption.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience within an international organization.
• Experience delivering business transformation, IT or CRM-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
• Change Management experience or certification (e.g. Prosci) would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage projects through full lifecycle linking objectives, governance and stakeholders.
• Lead initiation with change management, requirements workshops and ROI analysis.
• Oversee planning: cost, vendor selection, scope, and internal resources.
• Drive delivery: change plans, quality standards, PMO reporting.
• Close projects: capture lessons learned and transfer knowledge.
