Job summary

SC Johnson in Arese, Italy, or Mijdrecht, the Netherlands, is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Management to lead end-to-end product change projects across Europe. The role requires four days on-site weekly and close collaboration with RD&E, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

You will drive on-time delivery within budget and quality targets, managing multiple projects from development through commercialization, and aligning stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
• At least 2 years RD&E/GSC experience in the CPG industry.
• Full proficiency in English is a must.
• Experience with Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule to meet launch commitments in each country defined in the project scope.
• Manage the project scope and coordinate cross-functional conversations if any changes occur during project execution.
• Lead project kick-off and regular meetings with subject matter experts, identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans.
