Zusammenfassung

SC Johnson GmbH is seeking a Senior Associate, Project Management to join the EU Product Change Management team. The role can be based in Arese, Italy or Mijdrecht, Netherlands, with a four-day on-site work week.

You will manage end-to-end projects across Europe, coordinating with RD&E, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence. Strong English skills and PM experience in CPG are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Science, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred, or related science with suitable experience.
• At least 2 years of RD&E/GSC experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• Solution-driven and strategic approach to commitments.
• Full proficiency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools is advantageous.
• Experience with product registration or Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule to meet launch commitments in each country defined in the project scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional conversations if changes occur during project execution.
• Lead project kick-off and regular meetings with subject matter experts; identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure SCJ processes are followed and communicate with stakeholders or sponsors regarding escalations or scope changes.
• Identify and lead improvement initiatives within project management tools and processes.
• Track progress against milestones and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation (MS Project Timeline, Risk Register, etc.) and ensure regional processes are followed.
