COMAS is seeking an experienced professional to manage multiple contracts from award through execution, coordinating with all internal departments to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing, acting as main client contact during the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in a similar role, fluent English, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. Willingness to travel and drive are desirable.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Power BI or similar.
• Passion for driving innovation.
• Problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel with valid driving license and passport.

Mansioni

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure project execution aligns with contract terms.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations during the life of a project.
• Coordinate contract review and acceptance and determine readiness to proceed.
• Monitor and report project progress across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Installation phases.
• Manage procurement of major components to meet contractual delivery dates.
• Communicate with customers on financial, commercial and technical aspects to ensure satisfaction.
