Dematic is seeking a Contracts Manager to protect the business and drive commercial excellence throughout the project lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams across EMEA in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes managing contract risks, negotiations, and governance activities while supporting large-scale intralogistics projects and flexible, mobile working arrangements.

Competenze

• Experience in contract and claim management.
• Experience in contract analysis and drafting.
• Experience in large-scale projects.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Identify contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
• Protect Dematic’s contractual position across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare governance and approval documentation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders across all phases.
• Monitor obligations and key terms including payments, guarantees, and bonds.
• Lead contract settlements and negotiations with customers and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities and resolve contractual issues to minimize risk.
