Publicis Media in Milano, Italy is seeking a seasoned Head of Programme to orchestrate delivery across a major global Food & Beverage account. You will lead the project management and production teams, ensuring campaigns and activations are delivered on time and on budget, while partnering with LePub Milan and global leadership.

You will shape operational frameworks, forecast resources, and drive profitability, balancing innovative work with a productive work‑life balance.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in project management, operations or delivery leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage global projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project and workflow tools like Workfront, Asana, Salesforce.

Mansioni

• Lead the delivery and operational management of a major global Food & Beverage client account.
• Partner with client leadership, market leaders, finance, and operations teams to drive planning and resource allocation.
• Develop resource forecasts and oversee PMO, governance and delivery best practices.
• Monitor performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support contract management and supplier governance with legal and finance teams.
• Build trusted senior client relationships and advise on delivery and operational matters.
• Lead complex initiatives and guide PM and resourcing teams.
• Contribute to growth strategies while ensuring profitability.
