Publicis Groupe is seeking a Project Manager to join our agency team and drive advertising and marketing projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client communications, and ensure timely, within-budget results across digital, print, and social platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in project management within an agency setting, strong production workflow knowledge, and proficiency with tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager. Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 4+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
• Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed
• Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency
• Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Compensation

Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €32,000 – €37,000

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
• The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
