Ariston Group in Marche (Fabriano) seeks a Plant Quality Control Manager to safeguard product and process conformity across manufacturing, driving robust controls and continuous improvement. You will lead the plant quality team, collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, Logistics, Procurement and R&D to implement PFMEA, QC plans and validated processes.

The role requires a Master’s in Engineering, 7–10 years in plant quality, fluent Italian and English, and a hands‑on leader

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or comparable technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in plant quality or manufacturing quality.
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems and SPC.
• Experience with PFMEA, Six Sigma and product testing.
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Lead the quality governance across the plant and ensure continuous improvement.
• Plan audits, reviews and external certifications with timely closure of actions.
• Oversee product and process quality from incoming to final release.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Engineering, QA and group Quality on changes.
