GE Vernova, Inc. in Firenze seeks a Global Process Engineer to develop and deploy global standards that improve the reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance’s manufacturing equipment and processes.

The role analyzes data, leads cross‑functional initiatives, and drives cost reduction through standardization, asset upkeep, and new technology introductions while coaching a dotted‑line network of factory engineers toward continuous improvement aligned with SQDC goals.

• Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes across factories.
