GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Global Process Engineer to develop and deploy global standards that improve reliability, availability, and performance of Aero Alliance manufacturing equipment and processes.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional implementation, and cost reduction through standardization to achieve One Product One Process. The GPE will lead dotted-line teams, apply lean principles, and drive SQDC-oriented improvements across multiple factories, while coaching engineers

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of industrial manufacturing or quality experience.

Mansioni

• Develop, qualify, and improve manufacturing processes; define global process and equipment standards across Aero Alliance factories.
• Define and control global processes for manufacturing assets, including testing, maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and training.
• Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
