Aero Alliance seeks a Global Process Engineer to develop and deploy global standards that improve reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment and processes. You will analyze data, implement proactive measures, and drive cost reduction through standardization across Aero Alliance factories.

The role coaches a dotted-line team, emphasizes lean methodologies, and guides technology introductions, asset transfers, and process qualifications to ensure One Product One Process

Mansioni

• Develop tooling, fixture, and lift fixture standards and deploy them across factories.
• Define global process and equipment standards and roll them out with local leaders.
• Manage facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks, calibration, maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and training.
• Validate engineering specs and shop-floor application of new processes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on new repair processes and qualifications with channels.
• Develop reliability strategies using FMEA and RCA.
• Work with maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety to implement preventive/predictive programs.
• Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues with robust corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for asset management and spare parts optimization.
• Train local engineers to deepen process/equipment expertise.
• Participate in design and installation of new equipment with reliability in mind (DFR).
• Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products/processes/services.
• Stay informed on industry trends that may inform work.
• Lead projects with minimal resources and influence stakeholders.
