A global manufacturing company is seeking a Process Engineer to develop production processes and assist various departments. The role involves solving manufacturing challenges, training staff, and analyzing process data for efficiency. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred. This full-time position is based in Fornovo di Taro, Italy with opportunities for additional hours and occasional travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop production processes based on customer requirements.
• Assist with safety and quality aspects of production processes.
• Train staff and analyze process data for improvements.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve manufacturing issues.

Conoscenze

Technical drawing reading

Strong math skills

Robot/machine programming

Experience with Solidworks/CAD CAM

Experience with SPC, 6s and Lean manufacturing

Excellent communication skills

Ability to implement compliance strategies

Ability to work in a team

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, Physics
