Opta Group in Milano is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes, boost efficiency, and reduce costs. You will analyze plant data, drive LEAN initiatives, and lead projects from design to commissioning with exposure to CAD tools and PLC concepts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, maintenance, and EHS&Q to ensure compliant, safe, and reliable manufacturing and to implement continuous improvement across the site.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in an engineering or operations role.
• Experience applying LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Ability to interpret and relay drawing specifications and programming commands.
• Proficient in CAD software and maintenance data management.
