Danfoss Associates Engineer role focuses on driving process improvements within a multinational manufacturing environment, partnering with operations to optimize capability, safety and efficiency using established tools and lean methodologies.

You will develop essential process documentation and contribute to Lean projects that elevate performance, while collaborating with a global, detail-oriented team focused on sustainable operational excellence.

Competenze

• Background in Mechanical or Information Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with digital solutions.
• Experience in medium-sized companies or engineering consultancy.

Mansioni

• Review KPIs and operating metrics to guide improvements.
• Develop process documentation (SOPs, PFMEA, drawings).
• Lead or support Lean initiatives (5S, SMED).
• Analyze data to identify workflow improvements and patterns.
• Support monitoring and optimization of processes.
• Ensure Health & Safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Create training materials and deliver training
