Job summary

Yokohama TWS, a global tire and wheel solutions provider, invites ambitious graduates to join NextGen, a personalized graduate program based at our Tivoli HQ. You will kick off a structured, multi-country assignment track and gain hands-on experience in global pricing with close collaboration across functions.

As a Pricing Specialist, you will support pricing analyses, build dashboards, and contribute to pricing tool improvements, while developing core business skills for a future leadership

Responsibilities

• Support the continuous monitoring of pricing trends, key pricing indicators and competitive pricing across markets.
• Support commercial entities in price-setting activities, providing relevant data and analysis to facilitate pricing decisions.
• Contribute to the development of pricing reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, reliability and timely availability of information.
• Collaborate with the Information Technology function to enhance pricing reporting tools, maximizing data integration and automation.
• Participate in pricing system and software implementation or integration projects, supporting business requirements and process improvements.
• Support the development of pricing insights based on competitive dynamics, market developments and macroeconomic trends.
• Perform ad-hoc pricing analyses to support business decisions and identify relevant trends, risks and opportunities.
• Maintain and update pricing procedures, ensuring their consistent application across relevant markets and commercial entities.
• Build effective relationships with commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of pricing activities.
