Job summary

Yokohama TWS NA in Lazio, Italy seeks a Finance & Control professional to manage business results analysis, internal reporting, and planning. The role provides insights to management on structuring activities from a financial perspective and interfaces with auditors.

You will monitor KPIs, support cost controls, and deliver timely reports to internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Control.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid background in Finance and Control area with accounting/FP&A knowledge.
• Ability to communicate at all levels across the business and with Group Finance.
• Self-motivate and work independently; able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and monitor deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel functionality.

The position will manage business results analysis and monitoring, internal reporting and planning, costs control. It gives advice to management for structuring of business activities from various financial aspects. It is in regular contact with internal and external counterparties like auditors.

Reviews detailed financial reports and makes recommendations based on them. Monitor and support legal entities on the preparation of legal, regulatory, or internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting Management’s decisions with financial perspective, analysis, and ad hoc reports.

• Keeping deadline for monthly/regular account closing and various reporting
• Keeping good relationship with internal and external counterparties

Job Requirements

• +5 years’ experience in Finance and Control
• Fluent in English language
• Sound background in Finance and Control area
• Knowledge of Accounting and FP&A
• Ability to communicate at all levels both across the business community and with Cluster Finance Team/ Legal entity, Group Finance
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and to monitor deadlines
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Excel functionality

The gross base salary range for this role is between 52.000 EUR and 65.000 EUR. The final offer will be determined based on objective criteria, including relevant qualifications, professional experience, role‑related skills, competencies, internal equity and the approved salary structure.
