Yokohama TWS NA invites ambitious early-career professionals to join NextGen, a personalized graduate program designed to accelerate growth across functions and countries. HQ is in Tivoli, Italy.

You will work as a Strategy & Business Development Specialist, supporting strategic projects, market research, and M&A related activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. The program includes rotations and hands-on experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (C1)
• Top marks and solid academic background

Responsibilities

• Support the management and monitoring of strategic projects, collaborating with Functions, Regions and project teams.
• Monitor project activities, timelines and milestones to keep projects on track.
• Prepare analyses, supporting materials and documentation for project reviews and decision-making.
• Maintain and update project management tools, trackers and reporting materials.
• Support M&A projects through market research, industry analysis, data collection and information retrieval.
• Perform business and market analyses to support strategic opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and management materials for senior stakeholders.
• Consolidate information from different Functions and Regions for timely availability.
