The Group People Development & Training Specialist role, based at Somacis HQ in Castelfidardo, designs and leads talent development and performance management strategies aligned with business goals.

Competenze

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles focused on people development, learning & development, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and learning methodologies, and feedback systems.
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging Performance, Learning, and Talent modules to drive scalable people development, performance management, and data-driven HR decision-making.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, able to handle complex initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Business-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and results focus.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
