Job summary

Corpay is hiring a Business Support Specialist (Law 68/99) for the Rome office. You will lead day-to-day work across Customer Service and Customer Account Executive teams, delivering high-performance, revenue-aligned service to internal and external customers.

You will receive workspace, equipment, and formal training, while collaborating with other teams under the Head of Sales. Fluent English and MS Office skills are essential; Italian language is a plus for local interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience in similar ops/CS roles is preferred.
• Understanding of FX markets and derivatives is a plus, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Investigate returned wire issues and recalls; update clients and AEs with status.
• Coordinate with OPS to obtain missing information to release payments.
• Create and provide various transaction reports and Swift copies to AE and clients.
• Assist with Vostro reconciliations and balance clarifications for clients.
• Manage incoming payment inquiries and match payments to releases.
• Provide online support for the platform and proactive client service.
• Coordinate with operations on incoming payments and bank account checks.
• Handle invoice requests from Compliance and drawdown forwards on client request.
