Job summary

Barilla Group in Parma, Italy is offering a Customer Service Internship within the Order to Cash team. You will support order processing, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure on-time delivery while handling inquiries and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and good English. Previous SAP knowledge is a plus, and international experience is welcomed as part of our diverse Barilla team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Able to manage cross-functional and international relations with internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, …).
• Excellent intercultural and communication skills.
• Proactive and interdependent attitude.
• Good analytical skills, structured and fact based approach.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Advanced Excel and Power Point).
• Knowledge of SAP and SAP BI would be an advantage.
• Working/study experience abroad will be considered a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of English (Spanish/French is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the Order to Cash (OTC) process on assigned geographies, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Apply Incoterms according to customer and country requirements, ensuring shipping feasibility.
• Follow logistics execution in coordination with internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery performance.
• Communicate proactively with customers on orders, out-of-stock situations, commercial conditions, product portfolio, import documentation, complaints and logistics topics, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Support customers and internal stakeholders in the issuing of importation certificates and related documentation.
• Contribute to the monitoring of key logistics KPIs (e.g. OOS, OFR, claims, pallet management)
