Barilla Group in Parma is seeking an Operational and Financial Internal Audit Analyst to join the Internal Audit Group in Parma. The role reports to the Internal Audit Associate Director/Manager and conducts audit projects across the group, including process mapping, tests and observations.

Required: Economics/BA/Management Engineering degree, up to 2 years in audit, fluent English and Italian, strong Excel and audit software knowledge.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering.
• Maximum 2 years of experience in an audit function or in an audit consulting firm.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and in particular MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Audit Board, SAP, ACL, PowerBI is a plus.
• CIA is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork.
• Availability and willingness to travel.

Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is looking for an Operational and Financial Internal Audit Analyst, within the Internal Audit Group, based in Parma.

Job Purpose

The Operational and Financial Audit Analyst, under the supervision of the Internal Audit Associate Director and/or Associate Manager, performs the assigned activities in the execution of audit projects for the Group.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform, under the supervision of the Audit function management the assigned activities in the execution of the audit projects, in particular:
  - Interviewing management, mapping processes and performing analyses and tests using specific audit software (i.e. ACL, MS Excel, MS Access);
  - Identifying potential issues, drafting and discussing with the Audit function management relevant audit observations and recommendations;
  - Taking part to the discussion with auditees of audit observations and recommendations.
• Support Audit function management in the monitoring of the implementation of the recommendations agreed with management, also performing assigned activities in the execution of follow-up audit.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering
• Maximum 2 years of experience in an audit function or in an audit consulting firm
• Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written; knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and in particular of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Audit Board, SAP, ACL, PowerBI is a plus

Compensation package

• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 34.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
