Barilla IT is seeking an IT Customer Service and Logistics Analyst based in Parma, Italy. You will join a global team supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation and the evolution of supply chain processes, customer service, and logistics collaboration with 3PLs and customers.

You will report to the D&BT Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service and Logistics lead, and work from Barilla's Parma headquarters with a focus on project execution, governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
2/4 years' experience as a Project Manager in managing projects or initiatives, in system integration consulting companies and/or IT departments of multinational companies.
Experience in projects related to Order-To-Cash or Logistics areas will be preferred.
Knowledge of SAP environment related to Supply Chain (S/4 or ECC) will be highly preferred.
Project Management skills and ability to coordinate cross functional and international teams.
Previous experiences on Analytics management/Data Governance will be considered a plus.
Strong relational and leadership skills.
High levels of energy, motivation and proactivity, with a problem-solving approach and willingness to achieve results.
Fluency in Italian and English
