A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Site GOBS Leader to drive operational excellence in its Varese facility. This role demands a proven leader in operational excellence with experience in manufacturing, preferably within pharma or FMCG. You will lead transformation initiatives, implement strategies aligned with company goals, and coach teams towards continuous improvement. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with opportunities for further development in an international environment.

Competenze

• Proven leader in Operational Excellence within manufacturing environments, preferably in pharma or FMCG.
• Experience with Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Fluent in Business English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.
