Electrolux Professional Group is seeking a Head of Group Strategy and Processes to drive the execution of its top priorities across five Business Areas and Group Functions. The role emphasizes alignment, speed, and disciplined follow-through, with no direct reports and strong executive influence.

You will work closely with the CEO to translate priorities into actionable commitments, coordinate workshops, and ensure decisions land with clear owners and deadlines.

Competenze

• Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent; strongly preferred.
• 10–15 years in international business with strategic and operational accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and concise communication at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of board, investor and governance rhythms in a listed environment.
• Proven ability to influence and mobilize senior leaders without formal authority.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience in an industrial B2B or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Mansioni

• Lead the Group strategy process end to end, coordinating workshops and reviews.
• Make information and decision processes across the Group faster and more effective.
• Translate Group priorities into a single, visible set of commitments with owners and dates.
• Act as integrator across initiatives spanning Business Areas and Functions.
• Drive follow-through on decisions, track progress, and unblock dependencies.
• Support the operating rhythm of Group Management, with timely memos and records.
• Prepare CEO-board communications in collaboration with CFO, Investor Relations and General Counsel.
• Serve as confidant and thought partner to the CEO on governance matters with discretion.
