Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a natural curiosity for understanding how things work and how they can be improved.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience using data visualization or reporting tools considered an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with different teams across the organization.
• Interest in business operations, event management, process improvement, analytics, and international business strategy.
• Previous experience in operations, project management, data analysis, or event coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operations Optimizer: Analyze operational data, workflows, and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
• Data Storyteller: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers that turn operational data into clear, actionable insights for the team.
• Process Innovator: Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, improve workflows, and introduce more efficient ways of working.
• Event Operations Partner: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support event logistics, operational planning, and the successful execution of international business events.
• KPI Driver: Monitor key performance indicators and help teams understand what the numbers are telling us, where we are performing well, and where there is room to improve.
• Automation Explorer: Support system upgrades, automation initiatives, and process improvements designed to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Cost Conscious: Identify potential cost‑saving opportunities and support initiatives that improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Project Contributor: Participate in project planning and execution, helping move operational initiatives from ideas into action.
• Quality & Compliance Support: Help ensure that operational processes are aligned with company policies, standards, and best practices.
