Interni is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Operations function, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The role focuses on analyzing business processes, strengthening governance, and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives to support ongoing growth and integration projects.

You will develop data-driven insights, map processes, and monitor KPIs to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across the organization.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Process Improvement roles.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in multinational organizations or consulting firms is advantageous.

• Govern operational governance and drive process excellence across functions.
• Map and analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor performance through dashboards and management reporting with KPI focus.
• Support the design and implementation of governance frameworks and standardization of processes.

• Prepare management analyses and executive summaries for decision makers.
