Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for Global Services NPDI to lead hardware and service NPDI initiatives, ensuring successful launches and service readiness worldwide.

You will coordinate across Global Services, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional teams, driving governance, risk management, and timely deployment of new products and service offerings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with NPDI, stage-gate governance, design transfer, or product lifecycle management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Mansioni

• Lead Hardware + Services NPDI and Service-Only NPDI projects from intake through launch and service readiness.
• Establish scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Global Services, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional organizations.
• Ensure projects align with business priorities, service strategy, and global deployment requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across Vertiv’s business units and product portfolios.
• Drive project execution and accountability across geographically distributed teams.
• Develop service readiness plans for new products, technologies, and service offerings.
