Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO and lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE initiatives across the EMEIA region. You will drive projects from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing to bring innovative security solutions to life. Fluent English and a degree in Electronic Engineering are required; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 5%.
• Degree in Electronic Engineering; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE projects across EMEIA.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Drive problem-solving and decision-making to overcome roadblocks.
• Monitor KPIs and present status updates to stakeholders.
• Define objectives and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices.
