Johnson & Johnson, a leader in healthcare, seeks a Network Orchestration professional to design and realize future-state supply chain networks for MedTech. You will coordinate transition plans, milestones, risks, and governance across regions and functions, driving readiness and accountability.

The role requires 5–8 years in supply chain/TRANSFORMATION programs, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with PM tools.

Competenze

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or transformation programs.
Experience supporting operational transitions, network changes, site implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, including warehouse and transportation processes.
Experience managing project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance across stakeholders.
Ability to work in a global, matrix organization with strong communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, IT, Procurement, and external partners.
Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.

Mansioni

Support planning and coordination of network transition activities across distribution sites, regions, and functions.
Develop and maintain transition plans, trackers, and governance documentation.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues with escalation when needed.
Coordinate with regional teams to ensure readiness of operations, systems, infrastructure and partners.
Support site transition activities, including cutover planning and stabilization.
Ensure transition activities align with standards and timelines for future-state goals.
Facilitate communication across Operations, IT, Digital, Procurement, Partner Management, and regional teams.
Prepare reporting for governance forums with progress, risks, actions, and decisions.
Identify and implement process improvements for consistency and efficiency.
Document transition activities, lessons learned, and best practices for future deployments.
Support interdependencies between network transitions and broader transformation initiatives.
