The JJMT Transformation function is responsible for designing and realizing the future-state supply chain network for Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This function includes oversight of consolidation and rationalization actions for the global distribution network, a strategic shift toward an asset-light model, and the build-out of new, future-looking logistics capabilities including partner management, network design, systems strategy, and defining the transition standards required to sustain performance in the future state. The team operates centrally, working in close partnership with regional Deliver teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America.
As part of the Network Orchestration function within Transformation, this role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of network transition activities required to enable the future-state supply chain network.
The position is responsible for supporting execution of distribution network transition initiatives, including coordination of transition plans, milestone tracking, risk management, and governance activities across regions and functions. This includes ensuring that network transition activities are executed in line with defined timelines, standards, and transformation objectives while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
The role works closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support transition readiness, issue resolution, and visibility into execution progress and risks across network transformation initiatives.
