Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Network Transformation Project Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of network transition activities across distribution and transportation networks. The role requires coordinating across markets, sites, and stakeholders and delivering on milestones with FPX methodology.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of program leadership experience in a global supply chain setting and fluent English.

Competenze

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility programs with multiple interdependent workstreams in a regional or global matrix environment.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network transition projects across distribution, transportation, and supply chain functions.
• Manage multiple interrelated sub-projects in parallel, maintaining milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and governance documents to support execution of network changes.
