Experteer Italy seeks an accomplished Program Leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale network and security infrastructure programs from Milan. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, drive architecture decisions, manage risks, and ensure contract-aligned delivery.

This is a high-impact role shaping secure infrastructure for a global technology partner. The ideal candidate has 18–20+ years in program management, strong leadership, and deep technical knowledge in network

Competenze

• 20+ years of experience in managing large-scale network and security programs.
• Proven ability to drive programs from inception to delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management expertise.
• Deep understanding of network and security technologies and service delivery models.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security infrastructure programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Drive solution architecture, feasibility studies, and due diligence for program requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including PMs, Solution Architects, and QA teams.
• Obtain client signoff for functional specifications and manage scope changes via change requests.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and QA processes.
• Maintain program documentation (SOW, estimations, charter, escalation matrices, delivery reports).
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
