Redion Employee Benefits, the Generali Group business line in Assago, is seeking a Network Analyst to join the Network Integration & Partnerships team. You will analyze country portfolio performance, deliver reports and dashboards, and support country managers with data-driven insights to shape market strategies.

You will collaborate with Network Partners and internal stakeholders across multiple markets, contributing to process improvements, CRM enhancements, and the delivery of the Network

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (multi-language)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Insurance, Economics, Risk Management, Finance and Business Administration with main emphasis in Insurance, Economics, Risk Management and Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in client services, commercial operations, business analysis, account management or similar roles
• Knowledge of multinational employee benefits programmes and insurance network business models is advantageous
• Experience with international business operations and working with external partners across multiple markets
• Experience supporting commercial initiatives, partner governance activities or operational improvement projects

Mansioni

• Analyze country portfolio performance and trends; produce management reports and dashboards for Country Managers.
• Support Country Managers and Regional Leaders in preparing reports, presentations and business reviews.
• Assist collaboration with Network Partners by helping to define operational needs and requirements.
• Contribute to improvements of operational processes, CRM capabilities, and tools.
• Support onboarding of partners, due diligence, relationship management and contractual documentation activities.
• Coordinate transformation and ad hoc projects with plans, timelines and follow-up.
