Carestream Healthcare International is seeking an experienced leader to manage the service managers and channels across International Regions, driving service revenue and controlling costs. The role centers on P&L ownership, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and operations. Travel within International is required for success.

You will promote service excellence, ensure compliant processes, and act as the focal point for customers and global teams.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of technical field staff.
• Channel management experience preferably in healthcare.
• Results driven with a strong ability to drive outstanding customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of X-ray products; CT/MRI experience is a bonus.
• Ability to travel within International as required.

Mansioni

• Managing the service managers and service channels in the International Regions with direct management of all service teams.
• Driving the service revenue, containing costs and owning the service P&L for International.
• Leading the regional service training function and technical training centre across the region for direct and indirect customers.
• Driving the technical and escalation support teams and interfacing with R&D and operations for all technical support items.
• Being the main point of contact for all customers and service channels in the region.
• Delivering agreed KPIs and financial targets set by the company.
• Ensuring service teams are trained and equipped to service all Carestream products sold internationally.
• Ensuring service is carried out in a compliant way adhering to SOPs and processes.
• Promoting a team environment and knowledge sharing to function as one unit.
• Drove customer satisfaction through high-quality, cost-effective service.
• Acting as International focal point for cross-functional communication with global teams.
