Carestream Healthcare International is seeking an experienced leader to manage the service managers and channels across International Regions, driving service revenue and controlling costs. The role centers on P&L ownership, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D and operations. Travel within International is required for success.

You will promote service excellence, ensure compliant processes, and act as the focal point for customers and global teams.

Competenze

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of technical field staff.
• Channel management experience preferably in healthcare.
• Results driven with a strong ability to drive outstanding customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of X-ray products; CT/MRI experience is a bonus.
• Ability to travel within International as required.

Qualifications / Skill Requirements

• Main responsibilities would be managing the service managers and service channels in the International Regions with direct management of all service teams.
• Being responsible for and driving the service revenue, containing costs and overall owner of the service P&L for International.
• Leading the regional service training function and technical training centre to facilitate training across the region for both direct and indirect customers.
• Driving the technical and escalation support teams as well as interfacing with R&D and operational teams for all technical support items.
• Being the main point of contact for all customers and service channels in the region.
• Deliver the agreed KPI's and financial targets set by the company.
• Ensuring the direct service team and the channel engineers are trained and equipped to service all products in the Carestream portfolio sold in International.
• Ensure service is carried out in a compliant way adhering to standard local and global SOP's and compliant company processes to deliver service in a compliant professional manner.
• Promote a team environment where all members are encouraged to share knowledge and skills and integrate as one unit.
• Drive customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective service.
• Being International focal point of contact for cross functional communication with global teams such as R&D, operations, out of box issues, etc.

The successful applicant will have:

• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team of technical field staff
• Demonstrated channel management experience preferably in healthcare.
• Must be results driven with a strong ability to drive outstanding customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Technical Knowledge of X-ray products. CT&MRI and other modality experience is a bonus.
