Carestream Healthcare International is seeking a senior service leader to manage international service managers and channels, driving service revenue and owning the P&L for International regions. You will lead regional training and coordinate with R&D and operations to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Travel abroad as required to oversee teams and ensure KPI achievement. The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of health imaging equipment, and exceptional communication

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related fields or equivalent Health Industry and / or service management experience.
• Demonstrated service management experience in Medical Device Industry.
• Sound technical knowledge of Health Imaging equipment and experience in managing a culturally diverse and highly skilled workforce in providing service to customers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement organisational change and provide clear direction to staff.
• Willingness to travel overseas and within International when required.

Mansioni

• Main responsibilities would be managing the service managers and service channels in the International Regions with direct management of all service teams.
• Being responsible for and driving the service revenue, containing costs and overall owner of the service P&L for International.
• Leading the regional service training function and technical training centre to facilitate training across the region for both direct and indirect customers.
• Driving the technical and escalation support teams as well as interfacing with R&D and operational teams for all technical support items.
• Being the main point of contact for all customers and service channels in the region.
• Deliver the agreed KPI’s and financial targets set by the company.
• Ensuring the direct service team and the channel engineers are trained and equipped to service all products in the Carestream portfolio sold in International.
• Ensure service is carried out in a compliant way adhering to standard local and global SOP’s and compliant company processes to deliver service in a compliant professional manner.
• Promote a team environment where all members are encouraged to share knowledge and skills and integrate as one unit.
• Drive customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective service.
• Being International focal point of contact for cross functional communication with global teams such as R&D, operations, out of box issues, etc.
