Ferrero Group Headquarters is seeking a Head of Global Media Relations to define, lead and evolve Ferrero Group's global media relations strategy, serving as the senior point of accountability for earned media engagement and reputation management.

The role oversees press office operations, executive communications, issues management and media intelligence, coordinating across markets and functions to strengthen Ferrero’s corporate reputation in a fast-moving media landscape.

Competenze

• Approximately 15 years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, public affairs, journalism or communications consulting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders in a complex global matrix organization.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Define and lead Ferrero Group's global media relations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and business objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Group Press Office, overseeing international media engagement and senior counsel on media-sensitive topics.
• Develop and oversee proactive and reactive media engagement plans, including interviews, briefings and executive visibility initiatives.
• Lead and develop the Global Media Relations team and coordinate with regions, markets and external partners.
