De'Longhi Group HQ in Italy is seeking a Senior Media Strategist to lead global paid media strategy across De'Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet. You will align HQ and local markets and partner with our Global Media Agency to drive efficient media investments.

You will translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and manage multi-market coordination while shaping a future-facing media roadmap within a premium consumer appliances group.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in media management.
• 360-degree media expertise with a strong focus on digital media and performance-driven strategies.
• Strategic and analytical, able to translate data into senior-leadership insights.
• International mindset with experience coordinating across cultures and regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to local markets in developing effective media plans aligned with the Global Media Framework.
• Analyze global campaign results to identify trends and optimize ROI.
• Collect and consolidate marketing and media plans from all global markets for HQ visibility.
• Bridge HQ brand teams with digital departments and local marketing leads to ensure a unified approach.
• Lead the relationship with the Global Media Agency to develop and refine global briefs.
