Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Material Plan & Execution to join the Industrial & Energy Technology team. The role focuses on master planning, production scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

You will work in a global-matrix environment, driving process improvements, maintaining traceability, and ensuring compliance with quality, EHS, and lean initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Be able to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment.
• Show effective problem identification and solution skills.
• Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written.
• Show good knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Mansioni

• Deploy master planning in the short term, scheduling operations and activity to optimize production and respect fulfilment needs
• Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Leading planning of Farm-in & Farm-out Activities with external Suppliers, overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs & Optimize inventory and process improvements.
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate traceability for all records created during products manufacturing.
• Complying with company policy and process including but limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean etc.
