Hitachi Energy's Transformer unit in Monselice (PD) seeks a candidate to support the planning and fulfillment processes for metal works, following the production flow from supplier release to final delivery, and ensuring alignment with factory needs and quality standards.

You will perform detailed analyses of planning metrics, collaborate with engineering to resolve issues, implement expediting when needed, and assist planners and buyers with delivery information while upholding safety and

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical or other).
• Proficient in Basic MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian with good English (B1/B2).
• Proactivity, organization, attention to detail and strong supplier communication.
• Ability to work in cooperation with production and present technical concepts.

Mansioni

• Perform standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning & fulfillment metrics (inventory, on-time delivery, lead-time, forecast accuracy, resource utilization).
• Identify root causes for non-performance and drive improvements across BU/Hub.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues and implement expediting where necessary.
• Support Master Schedule Planner, Material Planner and Operational Buyers with delivery date information.
• Prepare and send weekly/monthly supplier performance reports.
