Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Global Director of Marketing Operations to optimize strategy, processes, and data for a higher marketing impact. You will guide a global CX Center of Excellence and align regional plans with the corporate vision, elevating the function’s value and ROI.

The role emphasizes training, governance, and cross‑functional leadership, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to advance patient‑centered campaigns and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including global and regional roles.
• Expertise in digital marketing and marketing automation.
• Proven track record designing and launching centers of excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing and IT.
• Experience in medical devices or pharma is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and vision.
• Launch and lead the CX Center of Excellence, roll out CX methods and playbooks worldwide.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing planning, budgeting and ROI evaluation.
• Govern data privacy, compliance and governance of marketing tools and data.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to embed CX practices in processes.
