Vibram SpA is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Global Marketing Team. You will help coordinate daily activities, campaigns, events and internal processes, while assisting with supplier management, budgets, timelines and presentations.

The role involves supporting project documentation, asset organization, and basic adaptations of marketing imagery in line with brand guidelines, under the Head of Global Marketing VFF.

Competenze

• Experience in marketing operations or administration is preferable.
• Ability to support multiple projects and maintain schedules.

Mansioni

• Support the day-to-day operational activities of the Global Marketing Team.
• Manage purchase requests, supplier documentation and invoice follow-ups through SAP.
• Assist with monitoring marketing expenditure, budgets and timelines.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate across agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Create, update and format PowerPoint presentations for meetings and reviews.
• Organise and distribute marketing assets to relevant teams and markets.
