Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology o settore correlato.
• Interesse per ricerche di mercato, comportamento del consumatore e analisi dei dati.
• Forti capacità analitiche, autonomia con dati quantitativi e qualitativi.
• Competenza in Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
• Comunicazione fluente in inglese e italiano.
• Curiosità, attenzione al dettaglio e voglia di imparare.

Mansioni

• Supportare la progettazione ed esecuzione di progetti di ricerche di mercato qualitative e quantitative.
• Contribuire alle attività di setup delle ricerche e coordinamento con stakeholder globali e locali.
• Analizzare i risultati delle ricerche e supportare l’individuazione di insight su clientela, mercato e brand.
• Monitorare e analizzare KPI di mercato, clienti e funnel del brand tra i paesi.
• Supportare programmi di Brand & Communication e iniziative di insight nei mercati.
• Preparare presentazioni, report e materiali per comunicare scoperte e raccomandazioni.

Global Market Insights Internship | Start date: November | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Market Insights team.

Our Global Market Insights team plays a key role in helping Amplifon better understand markets, customers and brand performance across countries, turning data and research into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

You will work in a fast-paced international environment, supporting research and analytics activities while collaborating with Global and local stakeholders worldwide.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supporting the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
• Contributing to research set-up activities, including questionnaire reviews and coordination with Global and local stakeholders.
• Analyzing research results and support the identification of key customer, market and brand insights.
• Monitoring and analyzing key market, customer and Brand Funnel KPIs across countries.
• Supporting ongoing Brand & Communication research programs and insights initiatives across markets.
• Preparing presentations, reports and materials to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

What you'll bring

• Have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology or a related field.
• Have a strong interest in market research, consumer behavior and data analysis.
• Possess strong analytical skills and confidence working with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicate fluently in English and Italian.
• Show curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bring a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

• 6 months internshipin our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
