Amplifon cerca un tirocinante Global Indirect Procurement Retail per 6 mesi con sede a Milano. Lavorerai nel Global Indirect Procurement Team all’interno di un grande progetto di trasformazione in un ambiente internazionale, con ampio empowerment e opportunità di crescita.

Affiancherai i team Procurement e Real Estate e supporterai strumenti di gestione immobiliare, controllo budget e reportistica, collaborando con fornitori regionali durante l’espansione globale.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in Management Engineering, Economia o equivalente.
• Buone competenze analitiche e capacità di lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente.
• Disponibilità a lavorare in ambiente multiculturale e globale.

Mansioni

• Supportare i team Procurement e Real Estate nel monitoraggio di risparmi su rent e CAPEX e nel controllo delle performance di bilancio tra paesi;
• Contribuire all'implementazione e al miglioramento continuo degli strumenti di gestione immobiliare, garantire qualità dei dati e supportare i processi di lease administration e reporting;
• Coordinarsi con fornitori regionali durante il rollout del formato store globale su mercati diversi;
• Supportare attivamente il Global Retail team nell’implementazione di progetti internazionali e iniziative di business.

Global Indirect Procurement Retail Internship | Start date: October 2026 | 6 months |Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Indirect Procurement Team. You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of

• Supporting Procurement and Real Estate teams in tracking rent and CAPEX savings initiatives, monitoring budget performance across multiple countries;
• Contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of real estate management tools, ensuring data quality and supporting lease administration and reporting activities;
• Coordinating with regional suppliers during the rollout of the global store format across different markets;
• Actively supporting the Global Retail team in the delivery of international projects and business initiatives.

You are the right person if you:

• Have a Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar;
• Are fluent English and willing to work with a global multicultural team;
• Have good data analysis skills;
• Possess the ability to handle multiple projects at a time;
• Have energy, flexibility and eagerness to learn and be challenged;
• Have solid knowledge of Office (advanced in Excel) and PowerBi.
