Alfasigma is seeking a Director, Global Value & Market Access HEOR to lead payer evidence generation and HTA submissions across global markets. You will oversee literature reviews, economic models, and budget impact analyses, collaborating with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D to support asset strategy, pricing, reimbursement, and lifecycle planning.

• Experience in HEOR, evidence synthesis, health economic modelling, HTA, or related roles.
• Experience developing global pricing, reimbursement, market access, and value strategies for specialty assets.
• Understanding of global payer systems and HTA-driven reimbursement environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and delivery of systematic and targeted literature reviews and health economic analyses.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and R&D to align evidence with pricing and access.
• Generate evidence across clinical, economic, patient-reported, and real-world domains.
• Ensure asset evidence packages address payer, healthcare system, and policy needs.
• Provide strategic input into lifecycle management for future market access and HTA outcomes.
• Develop global value communication materials and HTA support tools.
• Lead thought leadership on payer trends and policy developments.
• Influence cross-functional decision-making and external stakeholder engagement.
• Support local affiliates in adapting global value tools to country-specific needs.
