Job summary

Campari Group seeks a Service Delivery AFR - Managerial to lead end-to-end managerial consolidation and planning across global units. You will ensure timely, high-quality data for reporting and decision-making, coordinating with Group FP&A, Regional FP&A, and House of Brands, while driving process improvements and system enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in FP&A, strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills, and deep experience with SAP consolidation tools.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in controlling and FP&A
• Experience with managerial consolidation processes, including actual and planning cycles (Budget, Revised Budget, Forecast)
• Experience in Global Business Services including coordinating with BPO

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end managerial consolidation across units and locations, ensuring data quality
• Coordinate with Group FP&A, Regional FP&A, Local Finance Directors, and House of Brands
• Support SAP consolidation tools implementation (BPC, S/4HANA, BW, SAC) to improve efficiency
• Lead data quality, validation, and controls for consolidated managerial data
• Manage a team of specialists and coordinate with Accenture delivery centers (BPO)
