Job summary

Campari Group’s Data & Analytics team seeks a senior professional to lead governance and product ownership for finance data and analytics, partnering with global and regional stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.

The role drives data strategy, defines data products, and promotes analytics literacy across the organization, supporting performance management and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Finance, FP&A, Controlling or Finance Analytics in a CPG/FMCG.
• Experience with finance data governance and KPI standardization.
• Experience as product owner or business owner for finance data/analytics.
• Experience in global or matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance and Control: lead governance practices for core finance domains and define data KPIs.
• Data Product Ownership: own finance data/analytics products, define vision, roadmap and KPIs.
• Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership: partner with global, regional and local leadership and manage expectations.
• Performance Management & Value Enablement: identify high-value analytics use cases and track value realization.
