Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Finance/Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in top consulting firms, Private Equity, M&A boutiques, or FP&A in international environments.
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Deep understanding of P&L, BS and CF.
• Analytical thinker with strong data handling abilities.
• Business acumen and decision-making insight.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Italian and English proficiency (spoken/written).

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical financial data to provide insights for the Head of Group Controlling and FP&A on modelling, forecasts and profitability.
• Develop financial models and analyze them to reinforce data-driven decision making.
• Prepare and maintain 5-year Strategic Plan, Budget and periodic Forecasts at a Group level.
• Interact with other functions and external consultants to collect inputs for budgeting and planning.
• Collaborate with Group Controlling to deploy strategic initiatives impacting the organization.
• Provide best-in-class insights for medium to long-term financial and strategic planning.
