Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, international business or related field.
Experience in logistics operations, import/export and transportation of heavy machinery or industrial equipment.
Understanding of international trade processes, customs clearance and documentation.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international transportation (road, sea, air) and track shipments.
Manage end-to-end import/export processes including documentation and compliance.
Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays.
Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and costs.
Collaborate with sales, service, warehouse and finance for smooth delivery.
Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Evaluate and manage logistics providers to ensure service quality and cost competitiveness.
Handle cost control, invoice verification and payment reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
Support insurance handling and claims related to transportation.
Assist in continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems.
