Hager Group is seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to shape leadership development learning journeys. You will craft engaging, modern experiences and collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and external partners to deliver impactful programs across global leadership levels.

The role emphasizes instructional design excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and staying current with digital learning trends while contributing to a global leadership development roadmap.

Competenze

• 7–10+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, digital learning development, learning consulting or related roles.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Mansioni

• Translate leadership and business needs into engaging learning experiences in collaboration with the Talent Management team.
• Design end-to-end leadership learning programs (blended, digital, social learning, experiential formats) for a global audience across the Group.
• Collaborate with leadership stakeholders, L&D and HR colleagues, and external partners to build effective solutions and shape learning strategies.
• Stay up to date with learning design, digital learning, and leadership development trends.
